The good
Lo mejor sin duda el barrio, el piso era una 7ª planta y no habia ruidos. Vivi alli con amigos durante bastantes años y el habia mucha confianza con el casero que se fiaba bastante de nosotros.
The bad
Lo malo quizas era cualquier cambio en el contrato se hacia atraves de una inmobiliaria, la comunicacion era con el casero pero si por ejemplo salia o entraba alguien del piso habia que pagar los gastos de gestion que eran unos 100€
