What a cookie is

art. 22 · LSSI-CE

A cookie is a small file the browser stores on your device. Technical and preference cookies do not need your consent because they are necessary to provide the service you ask for.

Technical cookies: session and security

These cookies keep you signed in. Without them you could not log in:

  • tenantRefreshToken: your tenant session. Lasts 7 days. Readable only by the server (httpOnly).
  • proRefreshToken: your professional session. Lasts 7 days. Readable only by the server.
  • adminSession: the admin panel session. Lasts about 8 hours. Readable only by the server.
  • kvid: an anonymous random identifier used to roll out features gradually. Lasts 1 year. Readable only by the server.

Preference cookies

They store your choices so you do not have to make them every time:

  • NEXT_LOCALE: the site language (Spanish or English). Lasts 1 year.

Local storage (not cookies)

Your browser also stores two things that never leave your device:

  • keliok:review-draft: the draft of the review you are writing, so you do not lose it if you close the page. Deleted when you submit or cancel it.
  • keliok:theme: whether you chose the light or dark theme.
  • keliok:inventory: the move-in inventory you are filling in. It never leaves your browser; deleted when you start again.
  • keliok:review-invite and keliok:return-to (session storage): the agency of an invite link and the page to return to after signing in. Deleted once used or when you close the tab.

Third-party cookies

Google Privacy

Building and review pages embed a Google map. When the map loads, your browser contacts Google's servers, which may set their own cookies under their privacy policy.

To count visits and measure load times we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

How to disable cookies

Privacy policy

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking the technical cookies means you will not be able to sign in.

If you have questions about cookies, write to [email protected].
