Who is behind Pisopedia
Pisopedia (pisopedia.com) is a platform where tenants share their experience in rental homes in Spain, and where landlords and agencies can reply to the reviews of the homes they manage.
The owner and service provider is Javier García, with Spanish tax ID (NIF) 50897627F.

The service
Pisopedia lets you read reviews of rental homes, publish reviews with a tenant account and, with a professional account, claim a property and reply publicly to its reviews.
Access to the site is free. Some reading may be limited for visitors without an account, as explained in the terms of use.
Intellectual property
The design, code and the site's own content belong to its owner. Reviews belong to the people who write them, who grant Pisopedia a licence to publish them under the terms of use.
Data sources
Building data (year built, number of homes, floors and built area) comes from the Dirección General del Catastro, Spain's Ministry of Finance. Pisopedia consults it through the Catastro's public web services, using only non-protected data (never owners or values), and shows summaries derived from it, such as area ranges.
Every page with this data states the date it was consulted and links to the property on the Catastro's Electronic Office. The data is refreshed at most every six months. Pisopedia's information does not replace official cadastral information.
