El casero era majo y fácil de tratar. Durante la pandemia nos bajó el alquiler de 750 € a 600 €. La zona, junto a Atocha, está muy bien comunicada.

Piso pequeño, en escalera interior y en mal estado, con humedades. El casero no se preocupaba mucho por mantener la casa.
When I moved in, the flat was in poor condition. What I loved about the area: well connected.
